Navigating life’s challenges can sometimes leave us feeling isolated and overwhelmed. We may find ourselves facing problems of unwanted patterns within our relationships with romantic partners, friends, family, and even ourselves. For many of us, these problems may look like questioning our own worth and abilities. Others may notice communication problems resulting in cycles of conflict and misunderstanding. Over time, these unwanted cycles can create distance, and we may begin to feel like strangers to the people we once felt so connected with.

Whether I’m working with you individually or as a couple, I will often encourage you to remain curious about the dynamics of your relationships. I will gently challenge you to question how your relationships impact you, as well as how you influence the relationships you participate in.

By better understanding these dynamics, we will work together to create ways to honor your individual needs while continuing to foster meaningful relationships with others. I work alongside couples to create a richer understanding and appreciation for one another’s unique perspectives. I will work with you and your partner to reconnect and build intimacy through playfulness and empathy for one another. My goal is to provide a space where each person I meet feels welcome and safe to explore ways to create meaningful change. We are all impacted by the mysteries of the human condition, and I hope to support you in confronting both the sorrows and joys life has to offer.

I love spending time with my family and friends, whether that’s going on a walk outside, having a game night, going bowling with friends, or traveling to new places together. Watercolor painting is my creative outlet and allows me to explore my internal world. I also love reading, so please share any and all book recommendations that you have!
