I take a collaborative, client-centered approach that honors each person's unique experiences, strengths, and goals. Drawing from Structural Family Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Gottman-informed interventions, I help clients identify patterns that may no longer be serving them while gently challenging them to explore new perspectives and possibilities for change.
I strive to create a supportive and welcoming environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. While therapy should feel safe, I believe growth often requires stepping outside of familiar patterns, and I actively challenge clients when appropriate to help them move towards their goals.
I work collaboratively with clients to explore relationship dynamics, increase self-awareness, and build on existing strengths. I believe meaningful change often comes from examining difficult patterns honestly, and I thoughtful challenge clients to consider new ways of understanding themselves and their relationships. My goal is to create a space where clients feel both supported and encouraged. I value authenticity in the therapeutic relationship and strive to balance compassion with thoughtful challenge, helping clients gain insight, break unhelpful patterns, and create meaningful change.
