CLIENT CARE COORDINATOR

We’re looking for a bilingual (Spanish/English) Client Care Coordinator to support our warm, collaborative, and client-focused therapy practice.

Position Details:

  • Part-time | 18 hrs./week | $20/hour

  • Shifts: Monday from 2pm to 7pm, Wednesday from 9am to 2pm, Friday from 2pm to 5pm & Saturday from 9 to 2pm

  • Located at S. University Dr. & I-30

  • Free parking + close to shops & restaurants

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and manage bookings, payments, and intake forms

  • Handle calls and emails with warmth and professionalism

  • Maintain office organization and supplies

  • Support therapists and contribute to a collaborative environment

What We’re Looking For:

  • Must be fluent in Spanish & English

  • Strong communicator with a passion for helping others

  • Organized, proactive, and tech-savvy (Google Workspace, Canva; Jane App is a plus)

  • 2–3 years of client service experience (medical/therapy office preferred)

  • Psychology students or grads welcome!

LMFT CONTRACT THERAPIST

RRT is looking for a Fully Licensed or Associate LMFT to join our supportive, connection-focused team!

What We’re Looking For:

  • Licensed Contract Therapist: Hold a valid Texas license in Marriage and Family Therapy. Associates are welcome to apply.

  • Experience & Expertise: Demonstrate experience in providing systemic therapy with a strong understanding of couples therapy and relationship work.

  • Compassion & Empathy: A genuine desire to help others and a deep commitment to client-centered care.

  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Therapy Services: Deliver high-quality therapy to individuals, couples, and families, supporting clients in achieving personal growth and improved well-being.

  • Support Client Progress: Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to client needs and goals.

  • Collaborate with Peers: Engage with fellow therapists to consult on cases, share insights, and strengthen clinical outcomes as needed.

  • Maintain Documentation: Complete timely and accurate clinical notes and records using the Jane App EHR system.

  • Participate in Professional Growth: Take part in ongoing training and development opportunities to expand clinical skills and expertise as per your license requirements.
