Oftentimes, poor communication and complacency can slowly chip away at the once loving connection in your relationship.  This can lead to feelings of resentment and hurt.  When not addressed promptly or effectively, these issues fester and get more challenging to resolve over time.  You may feel like you’re stuck in a rut or going around in a circle and making no progress. How frustrating!  This can have a considerable impact on the intimacy and emotional connection in your relationship.  And unfortunately, sometimes the relationship has gone as far as it can go. Navigating new paths after the end of a relationship can leave you feeling lost and alone.

I hold a systemic perspective and work collaboratively with my clients to achieve the goals they have in mind.  My objective is to create a safe and nonjudgmental space for my clients to express themselves and explore their needs effectively .  I offer kindness and healthy validation to work toward understanding the problems you are faced with while encouraging accountability and honest and constructive self-reflection.

Establishing a trusting client-therapist relationship at the onset of therapy is essential to making real progress.  I want my clients to feel safe with me so they can make improvements and feel motivated to make the changes they see fit. I truly believe feeling heard and supported helps you move forward.
