Sara Hall, MFT Student Intern
Couples often face challenges in their relationships that can leave them feeling disconnected and unsure of how to move forward. They may struggle with communication, trust, and understanding each other's needs, leading to feelings of frustration and hopelessness. Additionally, issues such as addiction and eating disorders can further complicate family relationship dynamics and create additional stress.
I utilize a holistic and individualistic approach throughout the therapeutic process to accommodate each couple's unique experience, needs, and goals for therapy. By focusing on structural family therapy, I help couples and families understand and navigate their dynamics, improve communication, and rebuild trust. I also address underlying issues such as addiction and eating disorders, providing specialized support to help couples and families manage these challenges together.
I strive to create a safe, welcoming, and comfortable environment where couples and families can openly work through their issues. My goal is to help address relational and individual challenges, helping them achieve more balanced and supportive families and partnerships.
